CANCELLATION POLICY

Welcome to YellowDaisiesInHerHair!. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients, please review our salon policies below. 1. Appointments & Cancellations • A valid credit card is required to book appointments. • We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 30% service fee, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may require rescheduling and will be considered a last-minute cancellation. 2. Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services, including extensions and bridal packages. • All payments must be completed at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (e.g., Venmo, Zelle). • Prices are subject to change with notice. 3. Hair Extension Policies • A consultation is required for all extension services. • Clients must follow proper at-home care guidelines provided by the stylist to maintain the longevity of their extensions. • We are not responsible for issues caused by improper care or outside maintenance. 4. Service Adjustments & Refunds • If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days for an adjustment. Adjustments are offered at the stylist’s discretion. • Due to the nature of our services, no refunds are issued. . 5. Health & Safety • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting symptoms of illness or inappropriate behavior. 6.Privacy & Photography • We may take photos/videos of services for marketing purposes. Please let us know if you prefer not to be featured. • Client information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared.
